Young graduates:

This process is tied in with the Personal Career Plan (PCP) program which continues to support young Qatari graduates even after they’re recruited, as they embark on their newly launched career with Oryx GTL. The PCP is geared towards capacity-building and ensuring that young Qatari professionals can continue developing skills, acquiring knowledge and ready themselves for the next big step in their professional growth. This is done by recognizing their potential, identifying gaps and providing the essential support to take on higher positions and bigger responsibilities.
