ORYX GTL invites all prospective Suppliers and Contractors (“Vendors”) interested to participate in ORYX GTL Tenders or to be eligible to receive Request For Quotations (“RFQ”) / Invitations to Tender (“ITT”) for the supply of materials / commodities (only) to register using the Vendor e-Registration System and obtain a SAP Vendor Code.
Vendor Registration for Services is not done via this website. All prospective Suppliers and Contractors (“Vendors”) interested to participate in ORYX GTL Tenders or to be eligible to receive Request For Quotations (“RFQ”) / Invitations to Tender (“ITT”) for services need to refer to the open tenders page on the web site and advertisements in the newspaper and complete the pre-qualification for a particular tender prior to being registered by ORYX GTL.
Vendors may register, or request for updating of existing registration information, electronically via the Vendor e-Registration system. Please use the links provided for this purpose in the relevant space allocated on the left hand side of the page to access the online system. The Vendor e-Registration process instructions and requirements are available on the respective application pages.
The information submitted via Vendor e-Registration system will be reviewed for compliance with ORYX GTL's requirements. After completion and upon approval of registration by ORYX GTL, Vendors will be notified of their registration along with their unique SAP Vendor Code.
Notification of registration does not signify or confirm ORYX GTL’s qualification or pre-qualification of any entity or any type of commodity or scope of work. The award of any business by ORYX GTL will follow established procedure for tendering, bidding, evaluation, and award.
